When I print a receipt it doesn't look as good as it does on screen!

Internet Explorer's default print setting disables the printing of background colors and images.

To change your browser's print settings...

On the main browser navigation under the "Tools" menu select the "Internet Options"

In the dialogue box click the "Advanced" tab.

Now, locate the "Printing" options using the scroll bar on the dialogue box.

Check the box beside "Print background colors and images."

Click Apply to save the new settings and return to the browser window.

Click OK to exit the "Internet Options" dialogue box.

Try to printing a receipt again, the background graphics should now appear.
