"If a client requests a series of recurring appointment time how do I book it?"
You can add recurring client appointments into your appointment calendar using the "Recurring" appointment feature.
Here's how it works...
Navigate to the Appointment >>> Client Appointment
Make sure you are on the Clinic View .
You can click on a client's existing appointment,
Or click on the Book Appointment button .
Click on the Find Client or Create New Account buttons to select or create a client record if you do not already have one selected.
Click on the Recurring tab .
Using the calendar and the drop down menus , define the booking parameters for the recurring appointment series (starting and ending dates, appointment time, and service). Select the recurring period (daily, weekly or monthly) and the associated settings.
Once completed click the Check button verify the availability of each appointment in the series.
Review the appointment availability.
"No Conflict" indicates that there are no conflicts in the schedule for the adjacent date and time.
"Closed" next to a desired date within the series indicated that the clinic will not be open.
"Conflict" indicates there is a previous appointment or block in the schedule preventing that appointment from being booked.
Clicking on the Book button will enter only those appointments with no conflicts into the system, so you do not need to worry about double booking.
The recurring appointment series is now entered into your system!
