How to save email messages?
Messages you send to your clients frequently can be saved for re-sending later on.
This tutorial covers how to create or remove saved messages.
To save a message, navigate to Communication >>> Email
Create your e-mail message as you normally would. You can find a tutorial on the email feature in general by clicking here.
Once you have entered your message, simply hit the Save button to save your message.
It will then be available from the saved messages drop down menu .
